Shipping & Delivery
All ART AND MORE 811 products are custom made especially for you, at the time the order is placed, and are mailed directly from our third party manufacturer. Most products ship from our U.S. site however some items are manufactured overseas and may have a longer shipping time. ART AND MORE 811 will continue to make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, however, please note that order processing time may increase as every item is custom made.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for shipping processing/production time. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All products require 2 - 3 business days to print and manufacture before shipping. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping periods. If you are encouraged to shop early to receive your package by a specific date. You may contact us for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!
We ship via USPS to the continental U.S. and worldwide. All products require 2 - 3 business days to print and manufacture before shipping. Products will ship from our third party manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address.
Please note - even if you select "overnight" as your shipping method, we still need the time (above) to print, assemble, and package your order. All orders at ART AND MORE 811 are printed and manufactured at the time of order.
U.S. shipping can take up to two weeks to arrive, with the average order arriving in 3-10 business days from shipment date.
ART AND MORE 811 is not responsible for delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays.
We ship worldwide. If you can receive a package via UPS or FedEx, then we can ship to you! International orders are usually shipped via USPS First class mail and can take anywhere from a week to a month for delivery. We have no control over the delivery time for your order unless you upgrade to expedited shipping class that insures a specific shipping time and tracking information.
Lost / Damages
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and ART AND MORE 811 is legally not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Please contact us at ArtandMore811@yahoo.com. Our obligations have been fulfilled once your package has shipped.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect shipping address. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
