Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our goal is to do what we can to make things right! Please read through our Returns Policy, then get the ball rollin' on your return.
Should you need to return an item due to receipt of damaged goods, wrong item received, wrong size, etc., please contact contact us within 7 days from receipt of your order. Please include the reason for the refund/exchange request in the e-mail so that we may assist you. We will be in touch within 1-2 business days.
*Please await an acceptance email from us before shipping your return. Your acceptance email will include return acceptance and mailing details for our office.
Please note: The postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of incorrectly shipped items. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your return.
We offer a refund or exchange for eligible items returned to us within 14 days after you have received your order.
When you return an eligible order, you have a few compensation options to choose from:
- Voucher - We email you a credit code with the same value as your original order, which you can put to a new Candice Henderson Art purchase.
- Full Refund - We return the amount to your original payment method (Paypal, Amazon, Credit Card).
Clothing/garment/and wearable items must meet the below eligibility requirements to be returned:
- Returned within 14 days after you have receipt of your order
- Returned in new, unused condition.
Sorry no garments or wearable accessories/products that smell of perfume, deodorant or have make-up stains or marks on them will be accepted. If garments are returned in this state, we may need to send these back you and may not be able to issue a refund. However our customer care team will contact you.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or due to wear and tear
- Customized items
- Original Paintings
- Items marked as CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- We cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
We reserve all right to determine whether the product(s) are in fact eligible for a return or exchange. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if your item has been worn, washed, altered, or due to wear and tear.
Packaging Requirements:
All items must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or exchange.

How long will my refund take?
U.S. Orders: Please allow up to 10 business days from the day your return is received in our office, for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day your return is received in our office, for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).
International Orders: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
