Custom Painting FAQ


Custom Paintings

I offer custom paintings periodically. If you are interested in a custom painting please Contact me. Upon receipt of a custom painting request, I will contact you to determine what you want to see in your art, and any timeline that you are looking to receive the completed painting. I will also discuss my creative process. The goal is to ensure that I can accommodate your request, and that you are comfortable with my process, before the custom painting request is accepted. 

Once the custom painting order is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, with the estimated completion time, and an invoice that must be paid up front. The invoice includes; the cost of the painting as well as the shipping charges. Any unpaid invoices will be cancelled out within 7 days. 

There are No Refunds after a custom painting purchase has been made. 

Custom work may take up to 2-4 weeks for completion, unless otherwise stated. Please allow 2-3 business days for your painting to be processed, wrapped and shipped out. 

SHIPPING

I appreciate your business and want you to receive your item(s) in a timely manner, which is why I ship out your order within 2-3 business days of completing the custom painting. 

I prefer to use UPS shipping to ensure reliable tracking, and fast shipping. All orders shipped will be covered with standard insurance for added security and peace of mind.

  • Custom Paintings will be shipped via UPS, and tracking will be forwarded to your email address so that you may track the arrival of your package. 
  • All paintings shipped are packaged with top quality shipping supplies, such as bubble wrap, double layered cardboard, and ultra-strong shipping tape to help ensure the packages safe arrival.Once the painting is shipped, it usually takes between 7-14 business days
  • It is your responsibility to track your package and contact the carrier if your package has not arrived by it's due date.
  • If in the unfortunate situation your package happens to get lost by the carrier, or it arrives damaged, we will be happy to investigate and create a claim with the carrier.

    REFUNDS

    I want each customer to be happy and beyond satisfied with every purchase. If for some reason your item arrives damaged, I would be happy to send you another item at no additional cost, once the insurance claim is complete.

    In particular circumstances, a partial refund or full refund may be provided at the sole discretion of the artist.
